Cooper hasn't been himself lately. He has ran a fever since Saturday so finally on Wednesday I took him to the doctor where we were informed that he had pneumonia and an ear infection in the left ear. The doc. wrote a prescription for him and told me if he was still running a fever on Friday that he would need to be admitted to the hospital for further testing. Last night he went to bed by 8:30 and instead of waking him up this morning I let him sleep as long as he needed. The poor boy finally woke up at 1:00 this afternoon! He's been a cranky mess ever since. No temperature today so that is awesome. Also a blessing . . . we were in and out of the doctor's office within 20 minutes!!

Last week while I was cooking breakfast Cooper stood on his stepstool and was busy working on this picture. I asked him to tell me about his drawing, which I was very excited about because this was the first picture I had ever seen where the objects actually look like people. He started with the tallest one where he said that was Daddy, to the right he went next . . . the nice BIG ROUND one, that's me; mommy. I was just a little disappointed at the shape of myself but then talked it up because it had so much detail. That's a good thing, right? Above me is Jacksen, my brother's oldest son. Is it sad Jacksen and I look so alike? Cooper has been obsessed with Jacken and Jennah and looks at their picture every day and ask what they are doing. It's cute to hear. He then went to the small person by Daddy which he told me was Cooper.
"That's me family, mom!"
"Very interesting Cooper, but where is Wyatt?"
"Oh, yeah! Hold on. I draw him now." He preceded to draw his sweet brother, whom he forgot, but included his cousin in our family picture. Sorry Wyatt . . . we see where you rank:)
As you can see Wyatt doesn't have much characteristics but at least he was included and we will even claim Jacksen!

Here's the real Cooper and Jacksen. Brother's in Cooper's eyes.
