It is the start of the fall season and I look forward to going every year. We went on a week night and it turned out to be the best time to go. The weather was perfect and there were not many people there. I do let the kids ride some of the rides and their favorite was the ferris wheel. Cooper rode this last year and talked about it forever. When I told him we were going to the fair he mentioned the beloved ride that goes round and round(insert hand motions). The boys were displaying perfect behavior and Brian and I caught ourselves several times looking at each other in awe. When both boys are "on" in terms of manners, lack of fits and thankfulness for everything is a rare sight. But, one we were grateful for. We stayed for about four hours and watched bears dance, saw some pig races, rode tractors, slide down the big slide(twice), ate to much food, pet horses, emues, cows, goats, and chickens, stood in long lines, rode some overpriced rides and walked and walked some more. As we were pulling out Cooper said "I can't wait to go back!"
