I've mentioned before how obsessed Cooper is with his calendar and when his day arrived he was very excited. I broke the news of the cancelled practice after rest time and he was crushed.
It broke this mommy's heart and I wanted to make it better. I told him he would still have practice with him, Daddy and Wyatt. At the end of practice he could hand out snacks and do the shout out to his team, with his hand on the top.

He was VERY excited and wanted to know exactly when Brian would be home. He put his entire practice outfit on and was waiting by the door when Brian walked in. They practiced outside for about an hour and then had their snack in the clubhouse. The faces on the boys says it all.

You and Brian are such good parents!
Hey - glad to find you -- I like blog stalkers!
Nice to be able to follow what's going on with you too. We need to get our boys together...
See ya soon,
Emily
That was so sweet. That blog brought a huge smile to my face, the boys are so cute.
How precious!
You're the coolest mom ever.
OK, Michelle. Whats the deal. You said I was the coolest mom ever on my blog a few posts ago. It's starting to not mean much, and quite franky, I'm hurt. :)
Jenny, Luke was upset about missing practice, too. We should've just gotten them together so they could practice with each other Next time...
(and you are a pretty cool mom!)
Okay so who's faces are we talking about....the kids....or Brian's face! That's too funnY! :)
