Today was the highlight of our trip . . . Star Wars Weekend!!! We arrived at the park at 7:45 AM with a million other people! It was a busy day indeed . . .
11:40 AM Parade-We had front row seats and the boys LOVED every minute. See the dark clouds rolling in? It wouldn’t be Florida without a downpour on our trip:) Thankfully the rain only has lasted about 30 minutes or so of heavy downpour and then the blue skies are back again!
There was so much to see and hundreds of picture opportunities. We stood in line for hours to get pictures with some of their favorite characters. Being the smart parents we would take turns standing in line while the other took the boys on rides and to check out other attractions. It worked out perfectly! By 4:30 PM my camera battery was going dead when Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia made their appearance. When it was our turn this is all I got . . .
Oops!!!!
Tomorrow we plan on heading back to see those we didn’t get today, so I will have a second chance for Luke and Leia. By 7:30 PM the boys were out like lights for the night. As parents we made the executive decision to sleep in and head back around lunch time. It was a long, exhausting BUT fantastic day!!!
Poor Wyatt couldn’t make it through the last event of the day of the Beauty and the Beast show. He was one tired little boy!

It sounds like "mom" is having as much fun as the boys! Everyone is missing you at VBS. See you Wednesday.
Abram only took a half hour nap at our house Monday. (second nap) I was gone so Papa Joe got him up and let him sleep on his chest. He slept another 45 minutes with Papa! They looked so cute when I got home.
