ther day when he is instructed to put clothes on to run errands or go to church it ALWAYS takes him a L O N G time to get ready where I am ready to scream "Forget it! Let me help you!" But today, no. Five minutes later I hear his truck running and I look outside and see this. He had gotten completely ready, right down to the shoes on the wrong feet. There was no fits of rage trying to get the shoes on. No whining that he can't do it echoing from his room. No yelling that he is to small and needs help. Not even once! Cooper, Cooper, Cooper I am on to your game. I now know that you are capable, you are not to little and that those shoes that you complain never fit . . . DO! The black stocking cap I am not sure why that was chosen for this particular outfit and maybe pajamas wouldn't be my first choice for a public outing, buy hey. HE DID IT HIMSELF! !!Applause!! I ran for the camera to capture this moment and to remind him tomorrow when I hear the fits of rage and the w
hining I will run for this picture to give him proof that I know he can accomplish such things. We did have to leave the house this evening for WalMart and I proudly took my son with me. PJ's, stocking cap and wrong feet shoes and all. Also add in dirty hands and mouth from playing outside and we looked like the average white trash family. I didn't care. Bring on the stares. It was a good day!
