I am so grateful for my husband that realizes how important my computer is to me. I can do without TV, but the past few days without the computer have been brutal. Last night he brought up his work laptop much to my surprise. Plus the added bonus of having wireless connection at the hospital keeps my mind off of all the beeps of the IV.

My bladder is causing issues. I still do not have any sensation of when I need to go to the bathroom, which is a concern. Although it is not uncommon after having a traumatic delivery I was informed last night that I would need to have the sensation before I could leave. This could take anywhere from three to four days. The thought of having to stay any longer was more than I could bear and I lost it. I tried to make myself go for the next four hours with no results, but lots of crying. They ended up having to cauterize me again around two o'clock in the morning and I enjoyed another sleepless night.

This morning I met with the doctor and they decided to keep me cauterized with a drain. This will allow me to GO HOME and I will have to drain myself over the weekend and then go to the doctor on Monday to have it removed. It is like I have a penis for the weekend;~)

My answered prayer is that I get to go home today. My IV has already been removed and they have quit taking my temperature and blood pressure every two minutes. My spirits are high as I think of loving on my boys again. Thank you for all the prayers.

I'm so glad you are getting to go home! Just to be at your own house with your boys will help you heal so much quicker. Someday when Abram is acting up, you can remind him of the trouble he caused you just to get to this world!

A penis for a weekend, will you be posting pictures? Just kidding. I am glad you are able to go home.

Well thank goodness you're an avid blogger so I can get the real scoop on what's been going on with you! I've been praying and will continue to! Love you and glad you're okay!

I hope you are doing better. We went up to see Brian while you were in with the Dr. You would have been proud of him he just grilled that Dr. when he came out. It was great!

Enough drama already. You'd better take it easy, feet propped up, Brian fanning you and your Mom feeding you grapes. NO MORE TRIPS TO THE HOSPITAL! I'm so thankful that God has heard all the prayers that have gone up for you. I'll continue to pray for you.

Wondering how your weekend at home was and how the recovery is coming. I thought about calling but figured you'd probably have your hands full. I'll get an update from grandma tomorrow, we're having my dad's 50th birthday dinner.
