Ugh. We have had the virus that will not die. Over the past seven days I have never cleaned up or witnessed so much poop in my lifetime. . . and I never want to again. I have no idea where this "beast", as we refer to it at my house, was given to us but it refuses to leave any one body at a time. Five out of the seven mornings I have woken up I have had the pleasure of finding Wyatt playing in his own feces. It is like an explosion of yuckness and not one of the perks of being the mom. I am walking around with a can of Lysol in one hand and my yellow plastic glove in the other, cleaning like a mad woman. No luck in killing the beast. We are now on day eight and now Cooper and I have it again. So now you know where I have been, in the toilet. I'll give you a minute to soak it all in.

Thankfully one child is potty trained but even so I have found myself cleaning up poo, right in front of the toilet. Disgusting. My mood is foul and I know it but yours would be too if you were to step into my house. Please let it end soon. Brian has been working like a mad man so he hasn't been able to be at the house much so my brain is fried by the end of the day. I shouldn't even be posting right now because of the yuckiness I feel but my Mom is making me feel guilty. I am so proud she is even checking frequently and I don't want to get her off her computer ways.

In between all the sickness going around we have been quite busy. Last weekend my sister and her future husband, John, came up to spend the night so Brian and I could go to Prom 2006. This is what I like the call the Military Ball. We get dressed up in fancy clothes and eat a nice meal and go dancing. We even stayed at the hotel, which was a bonus for us! I forgot the camera but I will post the official picture when we get it in the mail. More to come, I promise. The boys were complete angels so Amy had a great time and she is still convinced she wants to have children so that is a good thing. Here is a picture of John with the boys, they already love him!

We made a trip up to see the grandparents too. I am pretty sure we past the "beast" onto them but I will keep you posted on that one. My mom got to witness the virus in action so we will be replacing her bathroom rug soon. I am sure she appreciated it. I got to go and register baby things with my cousin Shelly. She is having a boy this August and we are so excited for her and Blake. We went to Babies R Us and I had a fabulous time! I love looking at baby things, especially when it is not me having the baby! Yeah for her though:)

We sold our house. Fourteen days. That is how long it was on the market. Fourteen days. I did not expect it to sell as quickly as it did. We bought an acreage in an addition south of where we live and plan on building a house. I figured we would be here until the other was finished, but other plans are being made. By the end of this month we will be in an apartment. Happy, happy, joy, joy! That puts me in the middle of packing for an extra two people that were not here when we first bought this house. To break it all down . . . that is alot of crap. 3/4 's of it will be in storage for the next six months while we wait on the new house, as we will live on what minimal stuff we need in our tiny tiny apartment. Thankfully I will be gone most of the summer with my parents preparing for the wedding of the year, so that will break up some time. I am praying for a quick six months!

My baby tuned two! I am so excited to be out of the "baby" stages. On to potty training!! He is having his big Bob the Builder party in two weeks so I will break all the details down then. I am just over the moon he is two. He is such a talker and seems to have just grown up over night. Still has that pacifier though. I have a feeling it will be a battle and not one I am willing to fight just yet. Hey, if you don't like it don't look at him . . . you are not hurting my feelings. Go on now, raise your own kid.

Off to do more packing and cleaning and then I will Lysol the whole house and go to bed. Save me!

I feel your pain with the virus. Carson had it for a week and we were convinced he had some parasite or some really bad disease. Luckily, it went away after 7 days. Good Luck! I also hear you about the paci. Leave us alone and take your thumb sucking, finger gnawing, chewing on everything kid and go away. Give my kid a nice clean, sanitized paci and let me and him be happy. Thank You!
