Well . . . here is the family picture for the family directory at our church. I am not happy. And this is the best one they took. Ugg.
I knew this day was coming and I tried to prepare my family and set them up for a successful day. They had other plans. We arrived 15 minutes early so I could change the boys into the "picture attire" and relax a bit before the photographer took us away. Still no luck. At least Cooper has a bit of a smile because I told him if he would sit still and not turn away ever time she said "THREE!" then we would go and buy him a new truck at WalMart. You see what he gave me. His hair looks like he just got out of bed because we had been wrestling with him for the past 15 minutes, you know because I wanted to get there early. Yes, I know you are not suppose to bribe but that is told to us by people who have NO kids. (Stepping down from a potential soap box)
Wyatt looks like he has just finished his 12 pack and fallen asleep just before pictures. I then awoken him right before the shot was taken. And to think we had just had 20 or so sets taken before this one. I promise he has such a nice smile!
They sent these pics to church to be picked up and Brian picked up ours for us. As he brings them to me in the auditorium I open them to see the damage. Brian leans over and whispers . . ."You have on the same jacket today too:)" Great. I quickly put them away to view in the privacy of my own home.
Enjoy. Everyone in church will to, for the next FIVE years or so!
